I’m giving this 5 starts for now…will come back if there are any issues…I received this item yesterday…very easy setup…literally take out of the box…plug up…put the vent on and out the window and it was done…now I did notice that on the red setting (high heat) the dryer will be going then it stops the tumble and starts the tumble right back up…not sure if it’s supposed to do this…doesn’t seem to effect the drying any…I think it dries much faster than others have stated…but I stopped it mid dry and checked the clothes and didn’t wait til time ran out…I did about 13 items undies,shirts,sweatshirt, kids jeans and adult shirts n leggings and it dried in 30 mins no issues (red setting).

This company has been absolutely great to work with. I think the first one I received was defective due to not getting hot and making a weird noise within the first few rounds of small laundry. They sent me a new one with no cost and no problem. I have not set it up yet, but I am hoping this will be a better use.

I bought this product because of the unit size (dimensions of cabinet). The other reviews seemed fair. Here is my review.
After using for 7 days in a row, for over 14 hours.
NEGATIVES, flimsy door and door closure mechanism, flimsy exhaust hose connection. Hard to remove vent filter. Instruction book could be written better, multiple information stickers on right side of the exterior metal box are very hard to remove, so I left them alone, even though unsightly.
POSITIVES, This machine has a very good capacity for the size which was perfect for my space limitations. The motor is relatively quiet. I can vent this unit to the outside or inside. It works great, even better than I anticipated. Getting a good compression of the instructions helps very much and this dryer exceeded my expectations. I hope it lasts a long time.

I’ve used it for over a year. More I use,the more value and pleased I am with this purchase. It’s small but still dry quite a few item at one time. I have it running every day and after a year it’s still going strong. I intended to replace my broken dryer within a few weeks however I don’t miss it as this is doing fine. Big items I let air dry but everything else I use this dryer.

This is my second dryer. Went bigger this time. It had a very large noise. Follow the directions took pictures. The fan belt was off the guides. Once replaced it has been fine.
