This a is really good entry level E bike. I was happy with the quick shipping and it wasn't tough to put together. I did take it to a local bike shop just to tune it up a bit. But that was not completely necessary. I would say that the brakes are not super strong but that is due to the weight of the battery. If you remove the battery it stops much quicker more like a normal bike. The only complaint I have is how quickly the electric power kicks in. It is not a smooth ramp up of power but more like a kick to full power. I wish is was more gradual and natural. Once you get used to that though, it is a great bike and a lot of fun to ride.

The bike was very well protected during shipping with extra foam and padding wrapped securely around all painted surfaces. The instructions were very easy to follow making assembly a breeze. I like the fact that the rear rack is heavy duty and very sturdy with integrated side panner braces and a rear brake line.
