These are fantastic quality for the price. Excellent clear sound. Easy to wear design. I have reasonably small ears and they do not fall out like other ear buds. Really good microphone for calls. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought these headphones twice now & they are absolutely fantastic for the price. I’ve had airpods in the past but constantly lost them & decided to buy a cheaper alternative. Sound quality is great, battery life is wonderful & doesn’t take long to charge at all. They are very comfortable and fit well.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, but are apart of our Rewards Program we can look up the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
To start a return, you can bring the item to us in store or contact us at sales@newbotay.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
