It took a bit of time to install and to program it but was well worth the effort. My family is enjoying using it so far.

I used it as a deadbolt (which it is) for my main entrance door to my home. After about 9 months, I began having a problem with it going dead (not the batteries). I Removed1 battery and put it back in and it worked again for about a week. Called Aaron, explained the problem and he replaced it with new one. Great custome service!!

I have these on all my doors and have given them as gifts to my family. Easy to use with fingerprint or code, can set to auto lock behind you when you leave so no more fussing with keys. Allows many codes so you can customize for different people for codes they will easily remember. Plus, in case of emergency, a code can be given over the phone for police, EMT or fire services to enter without having to break the door. Highly recommend this product!

I own this RZ02A
lick and love it’s features and convenience. I bought a condo which has the same lock, which I needed to reprogram from the previous owners.
The instructions seemed clear but my friend and I couldn’t get it to work, and he had the customer service number from a previous call.
As luck would have it, we also got Chelsea, and as he told me about his call, she patiently walked me through each step to have the lock working perfectly!
Every manufacturer should have CSA people this good, and kind!
