With a name like "tangkula" I didn't expect much out of this patio furniture. But we've owned it now for over a year and it's held up well. We take the blue cushions inside during the winter but leave them out in the rain (we are in a condo, so a lot of rain doesn't hit the covered balcony we're in - but plenty does). I'm impressed by whatever foam material the cushions are made of - it seems to quickly wick water down to the bottom, and unless they're absolutely sodden, you can still sit on the cushion 12 hours after rain, and the water doesn't come up to dampen your pants.
All and all, for the price, I'm pleased with the purchase. It was selected because its dimensions made it fit exactly perfectly in the little alcove on our balcony.
I like how the "back" piece of the chair extends down into the arm rest middle section. I can leave my phone down on the lower area below the armrest, without fear it's going to slide backwards and off my balcony to the ground below.
