Portable Espresso Machine

Nice and light for travel. One design flaw - the container that holds the boiled water is push-on, not screwed. After pushing it on, then turning the Minipresso upside down to express coffee, the expanding air (heated by the hot water) forced the top off and hot water spilled everywhere. With 2 attempts the same thing happened each time, so I opted to return it for the more expensive Outin automatic one, which works great. Shame, because the Minipresso is much lighter for travel. Hope they can make a screw attachment for the hot water end, then it would be great.

After reading other reviews I decided to purchase this coffee machine for my holiday as I love nice coffee. I’m on my last day of a week long break and have to say after using it I am really impressed, although care has to be taken when attaching the hot water as if not properly secured can cause a nasty burn but thankfully once you get used to fixing to the threads and checking that it’s secure plus demos on utube it’s great. Great piece of kit for camping or if you’re on the road, just need to pack a flask of hot water. I would totally recommend if you love nice coffee. Will be packing for all my travels now.

It was brilliant easy to use and easy to clean

I went to an AirBnB without a coffee machine and bought this before I went. Saved me carting my full size coffee machine on my long weekend, especially as it was only me. I could even use it in the office and it would pay for itself in no time.

If you love your Nespresso and away from home this item is great. All you need is access to boiling water for a perfect shot. The only downside is that it can get a little bit messy, so keep a towel handy.
