- THE ORIGIN OF MATCHA TEA: Matcha is a Japanese green tea of the highest quality. It is grown in Japan and comes in the form of a very fine and aromatic powder. The main feature, however, is the color, which is intensely emerald green. Our Matcha originates from the city of Uji in the southern suburbs of Kyoto Province. The climatic conditions in these areas are optimal for the production of Matcha.
- MATCHA PREMIUM QUALITY : Matcha tea is the essence of green tea. Traditionally used in Japan, this tea is distinguished from other types of green tea by its bright green color and taste, and is of a better quality than the Matcha of the culinary quality. Only leaves of the first harvest are used and stone ground. The leaves are protected from the sun for 20 days before harvest, thus maintaining the high theanine content
