First heat press I bought to start my small business, I 100% recommend this for beginners who are trying to start a business or something on the side. One issue is that there’s no timer that tells you when times up which is a simple fix with your phone.

This product has increased the number of shirts I can press. It is easy to program the temp setting and timer. It beeps when the press time is complete. Adjusting the pressure is super easy. I love that it swings away when finished which removes the risk of getting burned. I much prefer this to my smaller manual press. I have t tried the tumbler or hat press yet.

Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, but are apart of our Rewards Program we can look up the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
To start a return, you can bring the item to us in store or contact us at sales@newbotay.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
