I began storing foods in ball jars and decided to try the electric vacuum sealing machine to remove excess air in the jar as air (aka oxygen) spoils foods. This vacuum sealer is excellent and I've noticed my refrigerated foods last longer. The amount of foods saved made this device an excellent value. It's simple to use too.

I absolutely love this product the only reason I didn't give is 5☆ is because I never got the lid opener that was supposed to come with it. Other than that it works great I would definitely recommend
