Cooks the bottom crust crispy and browned, but the top takes longer to cook and the edge crust top doesn't get as browned, nothing has burned. Not sure if it's heating to the 400 degrees it states or not. Could be hotter for better results. Takes 20 minutes to cook one 12 inch pizza. I have used my own homemade dough and tried a few different dough recipes. All have cooked the same.
