I've only used twice, but thoroughly cleaned a very large couch and a huge vomit emergency on brand new light-colored carpet. Only four stars because you cannot take the attachment apart to clean it, but if the machine kicks the bucket tomorrow, it will still have been much cheaper than hiring steam cleaners.

This machine is a BEAST! I bought a COP car at an auction and it was full of old fluids (Use your imagination). This car was a K9 car which doubles the type of crap that was in the seats. I only wish I would have taken a before and after picture of it - who knew it was grey? easy to use and clean - it will get a lot of use - my truck is next.
