I bought this to replace my other one which is probably 10+ years old. It actually still works and charges but I didn't mind getting a second one. The suction is powerful, it charges in a reasonable amount of time, and you can get replacement filters for it. It is great for food, pet hair, sawdust, dirt, etc. If you are looking for a good handheld, this one comes recommended.
