Not as big as I thought it would be but a great step up from the disposable BBq trays. Would have loved it to be taller by about 50cm but that's just me being persnickety. The Manuel could be better but considering this it was really easy to put together. Great price as brought during a special and can't wait for a BBQ with the kids.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, but are apart of our Rewards Program we can look up the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
To start a return, you can bring the item to us in store or contact us at sales@newbotay.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our return policy does not apply to wholesale deals. All wholesale & pallet purchases are final sale, which is standard in our industry.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
